What will we be doing?

  • Learn how to connect better with your pelvic floor (relaxing and strengthening)

  • Practice engaging your core correctly

  • Move through 5 common exercises

    • Overhead press

    • Deadlift or hinge

    • Squat

    • Split squat

    • Push up

  • Learn tips on how to manage leaking with jumping and running

  • Opportunity to ask any pelvic floor questions you may have

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing (bring layers in case the gym is cold)

  • Yoga mat
