Come Join A Mom Walk With Us

Mom walks are designed as a way to meet other moms in the Seacoast New Hampshire community, while getting outside for some fresh air and exercise. I had my second child in October 2024, and I am here to share all of the stories (good and bad) of the postpartum journey with you. I am also happy to talk about anything pelvic floor or physical therapy related. No question is off the table. Hope to see you there!

2025 Mom Walk Schedule

  • THIS DATE CHANGED FROM JAN 9th TO JAN 10th DUE TO WEATHER!

    York, ME

    Meet at the Wiggly Bridge area. This path is mostly stroller friendly (there is 2-3 steps you may need to navigate).

  • Great Bay Discovery Center

  • Pease Tradeport Area

    Meeting in the Anchor Physical Therapy & Performance parking lot, and we will walk the sidewalks in the area. Stroller friendly.

  • Prescott Park, Portsmouth

    Meet at the flag pole (near the Mechanic street and Marcy St intersection). We will stay in Prescott Park so it is easy to chat with multiple strollers, and maybe extend the walk over to Four Tree Island. Stroller friendly.

  • We will keep everyone updated through our email list. If you are not signed up for the mom walk club email list, I recommend you do so (link above).

    We will also be keeping everyone updated in our instagram stories. If you don’t follow us on instagram, you definitely should!

    I will attempt to reschedule the walk sometime that same week if possible, but it may just be canceled for the week.

  • You can absolutely still join us! It can still be helpful to talk to other moms to know what is expected around the corner and to build a network of people prior to your babies arrival!

  • Please come! Moms of the little ones can always use the advice from the moms who have been there, done that.

  • You are welcome to bring kids and babies of all ages! Personally I have a 3 year old son that will not be joining on many walks so I am able to talk to moms a bit easier, but will have my daughter who is was born in October of 2024.

  • No RSVP required. Plans as a mom can change on a dime and we totally understand. Come when you can!

    But selfishly I love to know when people are coming, so you can always send me a message that you plan to attend!
