This concierge physical therapy model is ideal for any person with a busy schedule who wants to see their therapist quickly at a time that is convenient to them, without waiting for a referral.  You will have your therapist’s undivided attention and have access to your therapist in-between sessions.

Manual Therapy

Specialized hands-on techniques our therapists use to help expedite your healing process. This can include:

  • Joint mobilization and manipulation

  • Deep tissue massage

  • Trigger Point Dry Needling

  • Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization

  • Taping methods

  • Cupping

Exercise Prescription

Custom exercise program focused on addressing your needs. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Mobility training program

  • Strengthening program

  • Neuromuscular re-education program

  • Balance and stability program

  • Home exercise program - we will provide you with a customized electronic home program that we can update in between sessions based on your needs

  • Self-treatment program - teaching you how to reproduce some of the manual therapy techniques

  • Blood Flow Restriction Training
